Once school lets out, those early summer evenings can feel hectic — or they can feel like a gift.
At St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Geneva, we’re hoping to make the week of June 8-12 feel like the latter.
At this summer’s Creative Arts Camp from 5-7:45PM each evening, the downtown Geneva church will welcome children from preK3 through rising 6th grade for a week filled with imagination, creativity, and connection. And because we know family schedules are full, dinner for the kids is included each night — giving parents five built-in evenings to recharge, enjoy a night out, or simply grab a quiet meal.
What’s happening at Creative Arts Camp?
Throughout the week, campers will take part in our skit-based program designed to engage every learning style — visual, verbal, and hands-on learners alike.
This year also features a theater component, along with art, music, movement, and interactive activities that help kids explore big ideas in meaningful, age-appropriate ways.
Our goal is simple: create a space where children feel a sense of purpose, identity, and belonging — and have a whole lot of fun in the process. By the end of the week, they’ll leave with new friendships, creative memories, and stories to share around the dinner table.

Who should get involved?
Creative Arts Camp is open to everyone — you do not need to be a member of St. Mark’s to attend. The cost is $50 per child, $75 for two children, with a $100 family maximum (even if you’ve got a dozen little ones). We also offer complimentary childcare for younger siblings of registered campers, making it easier for the whole family to participate.
Families are encouraged to register soon, as space is limited. If your child would like to order a themed camp T-shirt, please register by June 1 to reserve your spot.
We’re looking forward to a week of creativity, laughter, and connection — and maybe giving some local parents five well-earned nights of freedom along the way.
