A spacious, secluded Geneva gem minutes from Third Street
If you’ve been on the lookout for a newer home near downtown Geneva, this one’s worth a look.
Built in 2020, this 617 Riverbank Court townhome is tucked away on a tree-lined street, minutes from downtown Geneva, Batavia, and the Fox River. Tri-Cities realtor Chris Wallace has it listed at $589,900.
With 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, custom walk-in closets, and more than 2,000 square feet, there’s plenty of room to spread out. The finished basement with a dry bar and flexible space for a gym or office is a nice touch, too.
This one won’t last long — get a full video tour here.
