When I floated the idea of a community live music happy hour to Tri-Cities Central readers, the response was enthusiastic: people were all for it.

That’s why Tri-Cities Central is partnering with Local Vibz and Preservation to create a new kind of Wednesday experience: a casual happy hour event with live music, relaxing vibes, and a charitable twist.
