It’s shaping up to be an entertaining weekend for local art enthusiasts — with three different gallery receptions happening between Thursday and Sunday across the Tri-Cities.
All three are free to attend, and each one offers a chance to meet artists, see new work, and check out exhibits currently on display.
Here’s what to know:
Fine Line opens “Paper”: Fine Line Creative Arts Center in St. Charles is hosting an opening reception for Paper on Thursday, February 12 from 6-8PM. The exhibit runs through March 20. Get details.
Two new exhibits at Water Street Studios: Water Street Studios in Batavia is holding an opening reception on Friday, February 13 from 6-9PM, featuring Transparent by Nature and Painted Pressure Points. Get details.
“Reflections” reception: After originally postponing the event due to weather, Norris Cultural Arts Center in St. Charles is hosting the Reflections artists reception on Sunday, February 15 from 2-3:30PM, with awards announced at 3PM. Get details.
