If you (or a teen in your life) are starting to think about summer plans, now’s a good time to look at seasonal jobs with local park districts. Geneva, Batavia, and St. Charles are already promoting job listings with a wide range of summer roles coming online now and over the next few weeks.
Geneva hiring now: Geneva Park District has begun recruiting for summer positions at Sunset Pool, serving as camp counselors, and more — with many roles filling quickly. See open positions.
Batavia seasonal openings: Batavia Park District is hiring for a broad mix of summer jobs for ages 15+, including camp counselors, lifeguards, quarry staff, interns, and positions at the Batavia Depot Museum. See open positions.
St. Charles jobs: St. Charles Park District is hiring for a variety of seasonal roles at Otter Cove Aquatic Park and Swanson Pool, plus some other jobs at the Norris Center. See open positions.
Many of these positions are designed for teens and college students looking for flexible schedules, outdoor work, or a first job close to home.
