A Timeless Tale Comes to Life: St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Presents “A Christmas Carol”

This holiday season, the congregation and community of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church invite you to journey back to Victorian England for a special performance of Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” on Saturday, December 6th, from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. in the Main Church Sanctuary.

With a cast of 19 talented parishioners and community members, dressed in authentic 19th-century costumes, this heartwarming adaptation captures the spirit of Dickens’ beloved Christmas classic. Audiences will follow the transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge as he discovers the true meaning of compassion, generosity, and joy through his encounters with the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Yet to Come.

This one-night-only performance will blend theatrical storytelling with the warmth and reverence of the Christmas season. Families, friends, and community members of all ages are encouraged to attend and share in this celebration of hope and renewal.

Admission is free, and all are welcome.
