A Chicago-area pizza chain with more than 200 locations across the country now has a home base on West State Street in Geneva.

Rosati’s Pizza Enterprises celebrated moving its world corporate headquarters to the Tri-Cities with a ribbon cutting Friday, joined by Mayor Kevin Burns and the Geneva Chamber of Commerce.

Here’s what to know:

  • The main office: The new headquarters at 524 W. State St. houses the company’s executive leadership, operations, digital marketing, and nationwide franchise support. Rosati’s is a franchise brand, which means independent owners run the restaurants under the Rosati’s name while the corporate team handles high-level systems and logistics.

  • Family-owned since 1964: The Rosati family opened the first Rosati’s Pizza in Chicago in 1964 and still owns the company today. According to QSR Magazine, CEO Anthony Rosati’s great-grandfather came over from Italy and ran a restaurant in Brooklyn before opening another on Taylor Street in Chicago.

  • A record growth year: Rosati’s is on track for its biggest expansion year to date. QSR reports the chain plans to open 11 restaurants in about 90 days, led mostly by longtime franchise owners adding locations.

The chain is known for its thin crust, deep dish, and double dough pizzas, plus wings, pastas, and Chicago-style sandwiches like The Cheef. It was named the best Chicago pizza in WGN Radio’s Chicago Pizza Madness tournament in both 2025 and 2026.
