CASA Kane County has added three new members to its board of directors, bringing expertise in human resources, financial compliance, and real estate to the Geneva-based child advocacy nonprofit.

Here's what to know:

  • Rochelle Dizon: A former corporate executive with 25-plus years in HR and organizational strategy, Dizon also serves as a CASA volunteer — giving her firsthand experience with the foster care system she'll now help govern.

  • Christel Griffin: Griffin spent more than 15 years in financial crimes compliance and fraud prevention, and has ties to CASA's work through a prior volunteer role and current service on the organization's Children's Ambassador Panel.

  • Martha Harrison: Harrison brings a two-act career — global finance roles with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and others, followed by a successful run as a residential real estate agent in the Fox Valley area with @properties Christie's International Real Estate.

CASA Kane County supports more than 600 children annually through court-appointed volunteer advocates. Anyone interested in board leadership can contact Executive Director Jim Di Ciaula at [email protected].
