Looking for a fresh start after the holidays? The St. Charles Women’s Club is rolling out Jumpstart January 2026 — a flexible, do-it-anywhere fitness challenge that doubles as a fundraiser for local organizations.
Registration is officially open, and participants can walk, bike, or run anytime between January 1 and January 31.
Here’s what you should know:
It’s fully virtual and flexible. Walk the dog, climb stairs at work, hop on the treadmill, or get outside on the Fox River Trail. Every step counts, and you choose the pace, place, and time.
Prizes keep things fun. Participants can earn prizes valued at $200 in each category, and everyone is entered into weekly drawings for local gift cards worth $50–$100.
It supports local impact. Proceeds benefit Rising Lights Project, Random Acts Matter, and two Sherry Costello Scholarship Fund recipients — continuing the club’s century-long commitment to community service.
The club invites everyone to join in. Founded in 1924, the St. Charles Women’s Club brings together women for philanthropy, friendship, and community connection.
If you’re searching for a holiday gift for one of those friends or family members who are impossible to buy for, this challenge might be a great solution. Register here for Jumpstart January.
