What started as a seasonal experiment has officially turned into something long-term: Five & Hoek Coffee is no longer a pop-up.

After a strong summer run with the Viva Cafe pop-up and steady local support, the team announced that they will make their Geneva space a permanent home.

Here’s their statement:

"We loved creating our summer pop-up as Viva Café, and because of the energy and enthusiasm behind it, we’re excited to share that we’re staying full-time as Five & Hoek Coffee. We’re committed to crafting high-quality, intentional beverages; offering burritos and pastries from our friends at Bien Trucha; and providing a space that feels like a pause from the rush of everyday life. You’ll find thoughtfully sourced ingredients, high-end specialty coffee, and collaborative seasonal menus that reflect creativity, care, and community."

The Bien Trucha team affirmed the collaborative spirit in their statement:

“We’re thrilled to see our Five & Hoek amigos' success as they take this next step. Their passion for craft, hospitality, and community aligns perfectly with our own, and we’re proud to have our burritos and pastries as part of the experience they’ve created for Geneva.”
