A Batavia woman is facing serious charges related to the financial exploitation of an elderly family member, including monetary transfers and forgery.

  • Allegations: Ginger C. Jackman, 43, has been charged with two counts of felony financial exploitation for misappropriating over $50K from an elderly family member who was living at the Holmstad between 2020 and 2023.
