Earthmover Credit Union marked the opening of its new Batavia location this week with a multi-chamber ribbon cutting that brought together local officials, business owners, and chamber ambassadors.

  • Ribbon cutting celebration: The Batavia and Geneva Chambers of Commerce hosted the event on December 17 at Earthmover’s new branch, 1998 McKee Street in Batavia.

  • Local leaders involved: Batavia Mayor Jeffrey Schielke and Earthmover Executive Vice President Janel Cabadas cut the ribbon, joined by chamber staff, ambassadors, employees, and community members.

  • Longtime credit union: Earthmover Credit Union has been serving members for 60 years and centers its work around a “People Helping People” philosophy.

  • Hours and access: The Batavia branch is open 9AM to 6PM Monday through Friday and 8AM to 12:30PM on Saturdays; it is closed on Sundays.

The new Batavia branch gives Earthmover a permanent home in the community as it looks to build long-term relationships with local members and businesses.
