Four St. Charles District 303 graduates will be honored this November as the Distinguished Alumni Class of 2024. The award recognizes District 303 alumni who have demonstrated a high level of achievement in their field of endeavor or in their contributions to the community.

This year’s class holds professional roles in the fields of mental health, legal, fine arts, and executive search.

Honorees are selected by the District 303 Distinguished Alumni Committee. Since its formation in 1997, a total of 67 District 303 alumni have received the award. This year marks a return of the committee’s in-person celebration for the first time since prior to the 2020 pandemic.

2024 Distinguished Alumni Recipients:

• Cheryl Denz (1991 - STCHS) | Founder - Riverview Counseling Services, Ltd.

• Rick Gibson (1985 - STCHS) | Attorney at Law, Co-Founder - Buddy up for Life

• Jeffrey LaDeur (2004 - SCTE) | Musician, Founder - San Francisco International Piano Festival

• Karen Schmidt (1996 - STCHS) | Managing Partner - Kaye/Bassman International Search
