Batavia MainStreet’s biggest summer fundraiser, Cocktails in the Park, is set to shake up Appleton Park on Saturday, July 26 — offering drinks, bites and live music all to raise funds for 2026 projects such as wayfinding signage, business grant initiatives, or new public art for an improved downtown experience.
Event at a glance
When & where: Saturday, July 26 | 7–10PM at Appleton Park (110 N. Island Ave).
Admission: $40 advance ticket includes appetizers from New Moon Vegan, The GOAT, Pal Joey’s, Thai Village, Sidecar Supper Club & Beer Garden, WindMill Grille & Pizzeria, Gammon Coach House, Thorabella’s, Chicken Salad Chick, Chianti’s and Q & A’s Beignet Café — plus a complimentary sweet take-home treat.
Drinks: Tickets are $8 each (or 10 for $75), redeemable on-site or pre-purchased; featuring beers from Sturdy Shelter Brewing, whiskey from Whiskey Acres and vodka from Grainology BrewStillery.
Seating: BYO chair or blanket, or reserve a Picnic Table Bundle ($350), which includes six admissions, six drink tickets and a private table.
Raffle Prizes: Win one of several themed baskets. Raffle tickets are $8 each (or 10 for $75).
New VIP Experience Raffle
Buzz is already building for the new VIP Experience for 2025: For every $25 donated to Batavia MainStreet, ticket holders earn one entry into a special raffle.
One winner (plus up to five guests) will score:
Skip-the-line entry and front-row, linen-dressed table with a floral centerpiece
Six drink/raffle tickets and commemorative cocktail glasses
Appetizer tray served by MainStreet directors
Professional group photos and Batavia swag (tee & magnet)
The VIP winner will be drawn on Thursday, July 24 — so get your raffle entries in early.
Proceeds from Cocktails in the Park directly support downtown business grants, new public art installations and upgraded wayfinding signs to enhance visitors’ experience.
