The Graceful Ordinary in St. Charles is set to host a standout culinary collaboration as Executive Chef Chris Curren partners with Chef Kaleena Bliss, a 2024 Top Chef contestant and winner of Food Network’s Chopped: Casino Royale in 2022.

From January 17 through January 26, diners can try Bliss’s acclaimed Seoul Burger, making its suburban debut after a successful showing at the Chicago Gourmet Food & Wine Festival.

Bliss, who oversees culinary operations at Cindy’s Rooftop and the Chicago Athletic Association, is known for her inventive use of bold flavors, drawing inspiration from her Pacific Northwest roots.

Her Seoul Burger features an 8-ounce patty served on a soft potato bun, topped with white kimchi, ssamjang, sriracha-lime aioli, cilantro, scallions, and pickled Fresno chiles, offering a unique combination of savory, spicy, and tangy elements.

The collaboration is part of The Graceful Ordinary’s “Big City Burger” series, which brings flavors from Chicago’s top chefs to the Fox Valley.
