Brother Chimp Brewing is offering local beer-and-bourbon fans a tasty weeknight outing: the local brewery will be hosting the same multi-course beer dinner and limited whiskey release at both its North Aurora and St. Charles locations.
Here’s what to know:
Two dates, two spots: North Aurora’s dinner is Tuesday, February 24 at 6:30PM, and St. Charles follows on Monday, March 2 at 6:30PM.
Dinner + pairings included: Tickets are $62 per person and include a welcome pour plus three courses from Le Truff Noir paired with different Brother Chimp beers (and a dessert-style finale).
Limited bourbon release: The event also doubles as a release for a Brother Chimp/Whiskey Acres collaboration cask-finished bourbon, with bottles available for purchase that night.
Bottle pricing tiers: Pre-orders are $65, bottles are $70 the night of the dinner, and $75 after the event.
