Chef Chris Curren of The Graceful Ordinary is back with another Big City Burger collaboration — this time with Chef Dominique Leach, 2023 winner of BBQ Brawl with Bobby Flay and executive chef at Lexington Betty Smokehouse on Chicago’s South Side.
From Friday, May 9 through Sunday, May 18, Leach’s Grilled Brisket Burger will be featured on the menu, combining smoked brisket with bold seasonings and toppings that reflect her Mississippi-inspired cooking style.
What’s on the burger:
Brisket patty with brown sugar, chili powder, smoked paprika & garlic
Topped with smoked onion rémoulade, bacon, and provolone
Served on a pillowy potato bun
Price: $18
When it’s available:
Happy hour (4–5PM, Tuesday–Friday)
Late-night bar menu (after 9PM, Thursday–Saturday)
Saturday lunch and Sunday brunch
