The Batavia Chamber of Commerce marked the opening of Pulte Homes’ Ashton Ridge development with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 27. The event took place at the model single-family home at 127 N. Van Nortwick Ave., followed by tours of both the home and the neighboring Ashton Ridge Towns model at 41 Weirich Way.
Located in the Batavia School District, Ashton Ridge offers five single-family home designs starting at $499,000, as well as townhomes beginning at $399,000. Model homes are open for tours most days, with details available through Pulte Homes.
Batavia Mayor Jeffery Schielke and Chamber President and CEO Margaret Perreault led the celebration alongside Pulte Homes representatives, including Vice President of Sales John Hudson, Community Manager Kali Zahaur, Sales Consultant Vicky Haliw, and Townhome Sales Consultant Kristine Surratt.
Chamber ambassadors, city staff, and local business owners also attended.
