There’s a new business in Geneva designed specially for golf enthusiasts.
Club Champion officially opened its doors at 1522 Commons Drive at the Geneva Commons, celebrating with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Geneva Chamber of Commerce on February 19.
Here’s what to know:
What they do: Club Champion specializes in custom golf club fittings, using advanced technology to match golfers with the right combination of clubhead, shaft, grip and other components to improve distance and accuracy.
Agnostic approach: The company does not push a single brand. Instead, fitters test thousands of possible equipment combinations to find what works best for each individual player.
National footprint: Founded in 2010, the business has grown from a small Chicagoland operation into a nationwide brand with studios across major golf markets and a team of more than 200 employees.
Hours and location: The Geneva studio is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on Sundays.
The Geneva opening adds another specialty retail option to Geneva Commons — and just in time for local golfers looking to dial in their gear before the spring season ramps up.
