Following a public hearing on January 21, plans for the proposed Residences at River Pointe at 400 South River Street in Batavia have continued to evolve, including several design and policy adjustments in response to Plan Commission feedback.

City staff say those changes address many of the concerns raised during discussions, setting the stage for the next round of review.

What is the project? City staff says the proposal is consistent with Strategic Plan Goals for expanding affordable housing in the community.
